Designer

You would be working alongside an Art Director and Account Managers and have the support of Artworkers in order to fulfil projects on brief and to deadlines. You should however also be comfortable working independently and dealing directly with clients where necessary.

You should be proficient in InDesign, illustrator and Photoshop and be able to prove these skills with a strong portfolio of work.

You should also have a keen interest in design in general and a passion about the potential of the print medium.

Someone with experience working in brochure and mail order design and with a keen attention to detail would be favoured.

Artworker

Artworkers would be expected to support Designers, Art Directors and Account Directors on a variety of print projects from conception to completion.

You should be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and be able to display acute attention to detail, efficiency and organisational skills.

Experience in brochure and mail order design would be preferable.

Senior Account Executive

Account Executives with 2-5years experience would be expected to work on a wide variety of print & production projects in an agency environment.

You should be a very organised and thorough person who feels comfortable creating and managing schedules and budgets.

You will be expected to work alongside the Art Director to organise and manage photo-shoots and to deal with a varied group of clients on a daily basis.

You will also be expected to show attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Junior Account Executive

Account executives of graduate level would work alongside Account Directors and other Account Executives to help manage the print production process from start to finish.

Strong admin and communication skills will be required, along with close attention to detail and a creative eye.

The ideal candidate will be able to show initiative, enthusiasm and an ambition to progress within the company.

Proficiency in word and excel will be necessary and basic photoshop and InDesign would be favoured.

Freelance Photographers

Freelance photographers would be expected to work at our in-house studio on commercial product photography and small set shots or on location doing a mixture of still life and model photography.

The ideal person will show an attention to detail and a strong portfolio of work. They should also be willing to work independently or with direction from an Art Director.

You should be comfortable working in a digital format and have proficiency in Capture One. Those with flexibility and their own equipment would be favoured.

Retouchers

Permanent and freelance retouchers specialising in colour accurate retouching and/or creative retouching.

You should be able to work independently but good communication skills are also necessary to work within a team and to manage your own projects, communicating regularly with clients.

You should be able to provide examples of your work and/or be willing to take part in a short skills test if your application is progressed.

Proficiency in Photoshop is expected and those with experience using Illustrator and InDesign would be preferred.

Sales

Additions to our sales team should have a proven success at bringing in new business and identifying further potential in current clients.

The ideal candidate should have an enthusiastic disposition and experience in an agency environment. Those from the design/photography field will be particularly favoured.

You should be used to working as part of an established team as well as independently and those who can bring a client database will be favoured.
